Our Story
Nestled in the heart of Fitzroy, Melbourne, Flour was born from a love of traditional baking techniques and quality ingredients. Every loaf of sourdough is hand-shaped and naturally leavened, while our French pastries honour time-tested recipes with an Australian twist.

Visit Us
Open Tuesday to Sunday, 6am-4pm. We also offer catering services for your events, bringing our artisan quality to your celebrations.
